If it is a PL, then no doubt a 65PL...I gave it a 64 just because the date is not normally forgiven for a PL grade, unless it's a higher grade coin.

AU58 FH I think I see slight ware on high points, and minimal circulation marks.
67 is my choice due to minimal bag marks and blems. There are some bag marks on all Morgans...just the minting process and handling by mint...
