That divot on the obverse at 3:00 looks like environmental damage.
Just ICG. All others are 3rd tier, basement or out of business.
MS65 and I'll guess it was removed from a bezel. The rims look a little funky.

It has the obverse and reverse die markers of the MP dies so it would appear to be a proof issue although first glance I didn't think the inside...

I picked up the 4th edition from an Ollies outlet dirt cheap. I'll have to look for the 7th edition.
A lot of shadow on the obverse image and it could be chatter on the shoulder.
