from what detail i can make out it looks like a 1/4 anna from gwalior
a lot of ottoman coins didn't have a value on them
the nearest i have found is an 1861 40 para in copper from the ottoman empire

nice coin, the italian 500 lira coins are beautiful as are most of their commemorative issues.
both are early indian states coins i think the square one is from lunavady (spelling)
