By the plate number on the reverse - if it is at the top by Trust it is a web note. All others the number is at the bottom.

I learned about Web Notes on youtube and have yet to find 1 @Hookman - (hense my skepticism) but I will snag the 1st one that crosses my palm :)
I've never been to an estate sale....going to put that on the "Do" list.
