I agree also. Remember that a crack in a die will allow metal to push into the crack of the die and create a relief or raised line on the coin....

I have such a hard time trying to identify those with the blistering so I just keep them for a later time .
Generally if you see this on both the reverse and obverse it's good indicator that it's Machine Doubling or just Die deterioration. JMO
