Older holder label may be 65 but it looks 66 by today's standard.
For one thing it is not marked "copy" and it's listed under US coins, Morgan Dollars.
There are people who enjoy collecting modern counter-stamped and elongated coins. I'm actually not convinced that this one is "stamped" however....
