I'm going to say MS64 straight grade guessing these are flat bed scanner images.

I agree with MS63 and current FMV is $85 according to NumisMedia. All the marks are from 65 years of storage in 1,000 coin bags.

The reverse counter stamp looks like an ultra rare double counter stamp. Gotta be a huge premium...:rolleyes:
