You were correct the first time. It's 2016 for the non-proof (bullion) 2 oz silver QB Lion. Whereas, all the 2017 silver Lions are Proofs....
Those are silver Proof (not bullion). Limited mintage -- 8,500 for the 1oz and 1,500 for the 5oz. Pricey too....
