Looks XF40 to me; I lean towards #2 as Eduard's coin .
I'll go with 64, due to the ticks on the cheek and the tiny obv dark spots. I don't think the planchet flaw by star 11 affects the grade.
if it flunks the ping test that is a big red flag. Also when I look at your (very good) photos, the heavily worked over surfaces concern me, this...
Looking at the MS coins on the Coinfacts site, it looks like there are a lot of die polish lines on these that could be taken for cleaning marks....
