Since all of the keys are slabbed, I think you got a good deal. It takes the worry of counterfeits off the table.

Yes. Quite a few mint set coins have “bag” marks. They are not all perfect.
Too many bag marks to get Gem 65.

When I was younger I used to buy everything. But age has changed that. I now concentrate on a particular series and try to buy the best I can.
I have known people who bought bags of S mint quarters and only kept a few of the best. Then turned the rest loose.
