I brought the coin to an expert today who said what is on the back of the coin is not damage but is caused from a defective die striking the coin.
I did try to find more information but I was unable to find anything.
There is no need to be sarcastic. I'm sorry you have trouble with someone disagreeing with you.
I don't know what it is but to me it doesn't appear to be damage.
The pictures here are of the coin from the ad. I don't have a camera or the equipment to take a picture of the coin. The slab doesn't say...
The label on the holder doesn't say damage. If it was damage I would think it would look shinier than the rest of the coin. It looks too smooth...
A coin I own graded MS63 by PCGS has what looks like a defect on the rim on the back of the coin. Is this a minor clip on the coin or is it...

This has me baffled. I have tried looking at the die crack break guides on VAM World and I can't find which VAM is this coin. Does anyone know?...
Never mind. I just found it. It is a VAM-3BM. It is not listed under the die break guides but I found it under the scribbling varieties.
Does anyone know which VAM is this coin? It reminds me a little of a VAM-3F4 but that is not what it is. [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
A couple things made me wonder if this is a JOH-23. One is the die crack going down from the M in UNUM seems to be coming down from further...
I can't match up the die cracks on the coin with any of the coins in the die crack guide. Does anyone know which VAM is the coin? I thought...
I thought the same thing about the grade when I saw the coin but the coin did not cost a lot of money which is why I bought it.

I bought a 1921 dollar VAM 3o3 Goldfish graded MS65 by NGC but it has what looks like a large gash going across the lower torso of the eagle. Is...
I think I may have bought one or two coins from you on Ebay. I recognize your onscreen name from Ebay. What type of a camera do you use to...
To me on the back it looks like the break in the metal on the front may be going down into the top of where the metal is pushed up on the rim on...
Would a strike-though affect both sides of the rim?
