I won’t save and star notes, even crisp ones...UNLESS they are crisp unc and or have a low fancy serial. Therefore I only have 4 star notes....

Someone skillfully turned the first 8 into a 3. It is damaged but still kinda neat. I’d probably save it if I came across it.

Being a smaller coin, I think any marks hurt the grade more than they would on a larger coin. Therefore I say this coin is capped at a 65.
Appears to be a very clean and lustrous coin. Might be just enough minor chatter to hold it back at 66.
