The newer book has better pictures, and page quality. Bowers doesn't go very deep into VAM's, so minor new varieties would have been looked over...

I was going to guess 63 no cam, but you have already posted it. I have no problems with the 64 grade.
You can find them for that price, but they won't be problem free or eye appealing that's for sure.
