the letters and date on your coin is so beat up and flattened down from heavy circulation it may be impossible to say what it is other than a cent...
this is because the nickel layers got squeezed down over the copper core if you cut that old corroded one and it may look the same

that would be a good idea if you want to spend it. when clad coins have been in a fire this crusty brown copper looking color is hard to get off....
cut it into four pieces , the dime is not worth anything because it has been recovered from a trash bin where folks burn their paper trash.

these are from polished dies , I don't think they would be considered as a error coin. I'm not sure about the coin you have that looks all silvery...
anyone can price something for a million or more but this does not mean it will be worth anything IMO .
