Where do you get that they are only worth 5.50? G-4 in the red book lists them for $65?

I believe if memory serves me correct, up to 15% off center is acceptable from the mint. Your coin is under 2% off center, sooo go spend it.
It looks fake to me IMHO, but I guarentee you will see a penny/ dime that is real in just a little bit ;)
