Probably not. Even if they were, in this state of wear, it would be nearly impossible to identify the die markers from the MPL dies.

That's true - the product coming out of the mint today is... abysmal.
Those are very noticeable. Definitely abnormal damage, and I'd be shocked if you got a straight grade from any TPG.
