this is the thing with toning. it is worth whatever sone one will pay for it. to me, the obverse is just plain ugly
i would not buy it but that has nothing to do with its silver value. i just dont like the design. if you are wanting to buy just for bullion...

i honestly dont think it is a struck through beause of the weakness of strike in the hair, we would see a corrasponding weakness on the reverse....
i absoulutly love the walking liberty half and think that it is beautiful in almost any grade
