OOPs my mistake. I thought it went from a 67+ to a NGC 66. I mis-read it. In either case I do not think it is fresh.
I wonder if CAC would not give it a gold beanie. :) To me it is fresh to the market as a down graded 66, but technically I think not fresh....
Been saying that for years but people still run gambles with lousy pictures. Some win, but I think more often you lose. Just my opinion.
