To me, this looks like a grease filled die and not PMD...[ATTACH][ATTACH] [ATTACH][ATTACH]
Pretty sure this is grease filled on the obverse. [ATTACH][ATTACH]
First one I found with a big chunk on one of the initials...[ATTACH][ATTACH] [ATTACH]
What caused this? It doesn't appear to be grease filled. [ATTACH][ATTACH] [ATTACH][ATTACH] [ATTACH]
The surface area is incused. But I did soak it in acetone and the results are the same as the above images. Thank you

I found this today and am curious whether this happened before it left the mint or after. Does the pressure of the die impact cause the separation...

The reverse lines are solid, not a gas bubble. I have looked at different sites and cannot find one to compare it. What type of planchet error is...
The designer's initials on this do not look like what I normally find on other 1989's reverse's. It looks more like the one's found on the 1988...

Found this tonight... at first, it looks like a die break "blob"... but, there is an "lamination peel" of some sort, because I can see under it....

Found this morning, nice clash on reverse and also die crack on reverse.[ATTACH][ATTACH]
The one die break to the head is obvious but there is another above his nose. I think the patch above the ONE on the reverse might be a strike...
