The designer's initials on the reverse of this 1989 penny look different than the other one's I have seen. Also, lots of scratches on the reverse...
I have checked this with the small date images and believe it to be the large date. Just wanted to know if I am right... Thank's
Anything going on here? Probably just MD. Are MD's common in the proof sets? The images are from the 2009 "presidency" reverse.

Found this 1998 wam in a roll today. Now all I have to do is get the 1996 and the 1999.
The "2" in the date appears to be the only digit that has a "shelf like" look to it. The rest of the date looks normal. Is this a case of machine...

There is a small die crack leading to what looks like a die break. This must have happened in this area a lot, I have seen three or four of these...
I looked up rotated dies and discovered that to be a collectible, it should be rotated from 90 degrees to 360. Any reason to hang onto this one?...
