I just got all mine to and to be honest I don't think they are returns all the proofs I looked at were 70s and I opened maybe 10 of the ones I bought.

You can't get them direct unless you are a big retailer. I mean you can buy them from a third party but PCGS won't give you one unless you are one...
I think its odd they said they had 500 per day for the 5 day show but sold less then half that number before shutting down.
I went on 15 mins early and still had a 1hr 22min initial que. I ended up getting done in 56 minutes.
