From what i have read, when it looks sandblasted, it is most likely going to be fake. Have you weighed it or done an assay test?
Unless they are silver, it might be cheaper to just look at examples of different grades as the cost of the grading most likely won't be recouped...

These have to be done with some sort of CNC machine, as that's just too much detail for carving.
