cant see the surfaces in these pictures so could be anything from au58 to mint state something. That being said i cant really see any scratches or...
yeah i think it down graded from the debris in the lettering.

This was a crossover from an old ANACS MS64 soapbox slab. NGC decided this coin was only MS62 but I think its a strong strike for this date....
