It looks genuine to me, but badly damaged. Those aren't chop marks.
Probably a carbon spot in the planchet. I don't find it all that obtrusive, but it would bug the heck out of me if it was in the right obv field!!

checking the maibockaddict website, the O105a has a long die crack around the Reverse but does not appear to have an obv. die crack. please verify.
