Can you post a full picture? The picture you showed is of the designers initials. The mint mark is above the collar on the left side on SBA’s.
I’m with @cpm9ball. The one you have labeled as wide rim appears to be slightly MAD. Misaligned Die strike.
Edit: after looking more at the reverse I agree with the rest, feeder finger. The obverse has linear plating blisters.:facepalm:

It doesn’t appear to be a proof. The rims don’t look right, of course the wear isn’t helping. I do see a MAD on the obverse,Misaligned Die.
