Okay..I picked this and a bunch of other coins (which I will put up in the open forum) for $35. I mainly just wanted this one out of the lot...
IMO, this is why NGC is way better than PCGS, with the pics now on their website (and I think they now require pics for all coins they slab) it...
IDK, but something must've not been too convincing if dealers suspected it as being altered. Usually (at least the ones I have sold to at shows)...
