Hard to tell, the nose and cheek area....if on slab, I'll say 64RB, if on coin I'll say 63RB. Very nice !!

What am I missing here that tech grades that at a 63, I really see nothing other than field minors and the wing hit. Sure looks better than an avg...

You should recover your costs thru the paypal dispute, just be sure and have return tracking # available, thats the first thing they will ask you....
