This will sound crazy to many of you but in my life I have never sought out and bought even a single coin. Every coin I own was bought because it...
Bumping an older thread. I think I’m going to take a shot at completing sets for each US mint for 1942-1945. Probably will never finish even a...
GW to me.
Pretty happy with this one. cost 8 cents [ATTACH]
Thanks. When that one popped out it looking fully like a no D but on further inspection unfortunately there is some D there.
The double headed coin does not have the 20 centavos inside. It’s own trick is it’s doubleheadedness. I only found 2 while roll hunting (1 1964...
Paid 9 cents for a nice woodie [ATTACH]
I did confirm that 8 of the 1928-S’s are the large S variety, FS-501. Also found 8-10 wheaties that have decent reverse die clashes.
I don’t really collect Lincoln cents but I find myself buying them more and more often. Maybe I do collect them? Who knows..... I bought a lot...

Some more finds, mostly clips (incomplete planchets for you purists), struck through grease, and some DDO/DDR’s. [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH]...
@paddyman98 posted a ridiculously awesome thread earlier in the year showing some of his error half dollar collection. This is my inadequate...

I have found gold a number of times including a 2017 proof Canadian 1/4oz maple leaf.
@paddyman98 That’s a very nice collection of (mostly) Kennedy halves. I have a few nice Kennedy errors as well. I’ll get some pics together and...
Yup I believe that’s what you have. I’ve found 3 myself. Don’t know if they’re valuable but they’re neat to find. Good eye. I’ve only found 1 of...
@Mountain Man @Collecting Nut I’ve actually found 2 3.1g blank planchets. My best blank though was in a solid date roll of halves.
This is actually the 2nd 1924-D that I paid $0.04 for. The other one is quite a bit nicer.
Thanks everyone. From the out of focus photo I thought they’d be better grade coins but I didn’t expect them to be this nice.
