doesn't pcgs charge a commision on top of the grading fees as well, say if a coin is worth 1000.00 another 3% for the grading on top of the 75.00...
also, it is very hard to get new rolls, at the first of the year there were maybe 20 or so, i gladly goot em from the bank, and the next 500 rolls...
never any for sale for that, laminations start at 3.00 and up, and die cracks 99 cents and up, less in quantity, i have searched well over 700.00...
