The cheap reproductions on parchment paper are made to look old. The crinkly edges on your are a good clue, plus the poor quality engraving on...
I'll have to agree that it looks like a reproduction on parchment paper.

The actual two dollar bills actually do say "Two Dollars" on them.
I think it's because you have to get it via a BIN listing - no bids accepted. Maybe it's easier for him to keep track of it that way? I noticed...
