Thanks, it looks like the area in question is MD.
Your reverse is die crack called a pre cud. Read more here: http://cuds-on-coins.com/retained-cuds/
What does the edge look like?
How about a picture of the eye?
Unfortunately it’s just PMD. Post mint Damage. The lower weight is most likely from wear and damage.
Unfortunately it appears to have been cleaned and polished. :(
Can you post a straight on obverse and reverse picture out of the flip?
I can’t tell much from your pictures, they are to dark. Try some better lighting and also post a full obverse and reverse picture.

Welcome to CT. You can see remnants of the top of the FG, so it wouldn’t be considered a no FG. That is a good die crack but common in that...
Nice!!!! Also get that 14-D graded!
You have to be talking about @Inspector43!!:singing: I agree, a lot smarter than me
That is much better. I’m going to agree with @Kentucky. Appears a chemical of some sort started corrosion there evident by the green in the center.
I agree with FF. A wire wheel buffing can also cause a similar effect. Either way it’s PMD.
