I would like to see the reverse. Using just this one image, I do not think it is cast.
That's about how I felt (and still do). I just needed to occupy my mind and coins along with attribution and history does that for a short while....
In this coin's case, the coin was struck off center in such a way that the legion number is off the coin. Too bad.
