They were minted in 1834 (Class1 King of Siam) and after. All dollars minted in 1804 were dated 1803 or earlier

Since I personally dont like the coin I wouldnt buy it. To me the color on this coin would bring very little if any premium, now the prooflikeness...
I don't recall ever seeing the coin in a stapled 2×2 before though on the old photo certs
