I have collected these Buffalo Nickel's all of my life and I'm sixty year old man now. I have been lucky enough to have bought many specimens...
I like the 2nd one but the overall look of the first one is also nice....
I'll say it's a very pretty 65 ...As far as the steps go, it's tough to make the call with these images. I will say it looks very sharply struck...
It was one of those Library of coins albums. Both coins graded 64* I believe the 36-D is a 64, but the 13 type 1 looks better than the grade...
I own both coins and have for quite some time now. I thinking of thinning down my herd a bit so it's time to make some tough decisions on which...
I purchased the whole album...Some other nice ones in there but these two were the cream of the crop.....
Same color too, well almost. A seller let me cherry pick his coin album left to him by his grandfather. He was going to sell them at the coin...
The top one has been graded 66 by NGC. The bottom one is in a pcgs rattler graded 65....
