Not sure if you're familiar with epoxy or glue but a gentle washing will not remove either. You would have to use acetone...not saying to do that...

Echoing jtlee321 you really must get directly overhead of the coin. I use a tripod but I spent a lot less than $40 for my photos. Practice a lot....
