Bought it from a local dealer here several years ago. I didn't get it from feebay
I'm no expert but it honestly doesn't look AT to me. Also, I didn't think those holders contain PVC.
I don't feel the toning on the dime is off based on the color of the other coins in the set. Just my opinion though.
Photos are a bit hard to get but this is a cloudy day and these are cell shots and not juiced at all. Im curious what others think.
