The details of the obverse device appear soft. The font of the 9 doesn’t match known genuine examples.
The seller uses the word copy three times and plainly states the coin is silver plated in the description. The world would be a better place...

Can you insert a thin piece of paper into/under the surface of the suspected de-lamination?
