Whenever I see a WTH grade on a ms61 or 62 gold coin that is what I think. In this case I am not so sure. Looks pretty unc to me.
61 - looks like a few too many hairlines and rub for any higher.
I tend to think the pictures might be hiding some flaws as both look like 64s.
