My personal opinion. Authentication: I don't think it is possible to absolutely sure from an image but if the image is good it should be possible...

The 100 Peseta is machine doubling damage, the 50 Peseta appears to be die deterioration with the die crumbling around the edges of the letters.
No they occur on other coins as well but they are nowhere near as common.
