Yep even with that kind of damage ANACS would slab it G4 maybe even VG details and that puts the price significantly above the $20 quoted so far.

Rotated Dies on the 1864 are fairly common. I have several 180 degree rotations; and a whole bunch rotated between 10 and 40 degrees.
