One of the vents looks like something is stamped at the bottom. The other one looks like the E in Liberty is doubled.
Is this just damage on the date?
Came across this cent and the date looked out of place. The 2. It has been thru the mill so to speak. Any thoughts?

No raised areas. I don’t know of any tape that small.
