EF-45 at best. LIBERTY shows wear as does the hair above the ear. The diamonds on the ribbon are not all there. Even the feathers show wear....

You have to be very careful reading the descriptions for gold, silver and copper bars. The word 'TROY' should appear on any gold or silver bar....
