you can get the blue whitman folders for lincoln cents new for 4-5 bucks each...if you are planning on filling them with cirulated coins you can...
you may be surprised there are lots of coins from the early 1900's that are very cool and affordable

yea this one really makes me upset about the 40D I just got back from pcgs ms64 I thought was alot nicer than this one.

I also vote for the scoring change...makes sense.just out of curiosity how will you penalize for missing the circulated grades 2for1?
NGC does have a slot for information when adding coins to your set.
I don't know much about this series, but it appears that what may be considered rub looks to me like a weak or flat looking strike in the high...

I'll say ef40 on the dime ms64 on the first morgan (and if I'm wrong don't slam me just learning this art of grading)
RPM =repunched mintmark mintmarks used to be stamped into each working die by hand so there was a lot of room for operator error.
