The mint mark is above the Bell on the reverse. I don't see one on yours so it would be a Philly mint. The key on Franklins are lines on the bell...
Stoped at a bank on the way home from work near downtown, they had $40 of hand rolled halves. I found 6 40% silver halves (66 - 68) and 2 90%...
Spouses are more valuable than coins. I hope she is better soon and I hope your finances rebound such that you don't have to part with your coins...

2 rolls of nickels..... 1958 1940 and a very ugly 1935 Buffalo!!! The first Buffalo I've ever found on my own (I have many of them from my Dad).
