Well there is only 1 MS69 FOR PGCS and none for ngc and to get 1grade higher would make this coin worth around 7k according to PGCS

yes it is still in the cello I have all so found 76 quarter with what looks like missing clad layer spots by the U,E,U and on the left arm...

i would say NO for grading as it would come back as damaged. but a nice coin i would keep it!! edit * reverse of the coin is odd but damage can...
