I just put mine in a 2x2 cardboard flip. They aren't worth a ton. Maybe $10-$20. You can get a bit fancier if you want. Really, it's up to you :)

I'm not seeing any doubling. The location of that die crack is a common one on lots of memorial cents.
That sucker has been scraped and/or ground down. Nothing but damage.
