No this is not a cud error. This coin has been mangled chewed up and beaten other words it is post mint damage. A cud is a raised glob of metal...

Even if they are grading it as AT it makes me wonder whats going on and why it's not graded as details.
The FG is correct in both photos, the photo of the second coin on the right however is of a coin that has more wear and has plating issues.
