Thanks...
I hhave a $40 usb microscope. It has bright white LED's that don't turn off. I made a semi opaque ring to fit over them to cut glare. I probably...
Thanks. Hard to tell. The rim isn't affected
Thanks for your advice on the coins I've submitted.
That crack goes into the coin (incuse) so it is a crack in the planchet. But there is metal over the letters in pluribus which is a die gouge/ chip.
If you don't like this one check out my die crack
looks like major doubled die on the date... LOL 1997?
If it was all the way gone I know it would be worth a lot but there is a little left...[ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
MM or not it's not the variety. That one is unmistakable.
I think I've posted so much bull no one will look. Hahahahah
I have a question. A die crack would be raised or obtuse on the coin right? This one looks like the coin itself is cracked.
They look fantastic....
Is it worth anything? I usually look for doubled dies (only found two so far). [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
my latest attempt[ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
I'm keeping it!
I see a separation line on top turn of S in pluribus too. Magic ponies in the clouds as well
right leg on A of America, f of of (2 places), tops of both of the S's in States, bottom of second S in states, E in United (center horizontal)....
Just found this one. I can't tell but there are a lot of split serifs to be MD. Maybe it's real?[ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
Separate names with a comma.
