In Unc, the catalog lists $0.75 each, which is pretty much "hand them out to friends at bars" value... Dave
(for the Lebanon note) My copy of Pick shows $8 in VF, $40 in Unc. That copy looks like XF to me, so somewhere between. Dave
Looks like they are Pick 176, issued from 1962-64. Unless I've got it wrong, that Lebanese note is Pick 55, quite a nice note, from 1964 as well....
That makes sense - the MPE-65 does come off as a bit closer to a microscope than a macro lens. Thanks for the details. Dave
Here's a lens that Canon claims will go from 1:1 to 1:5, "...a grain of rice will fill the frame on a 35mm camera" MP-E 65mm. I'm not a macro...

Good luck! :thumb::thumb::thumb:
I'm aware of that, I'm just saying that we see plenty of such notes that turn out to be fake. Dave
That note looks a bit suspicious to me... have you looked carefully at the area where the missing seal is, to see if there are any remnants of an...

Here's a start, the building on the back is the Castle at Eysden, in the Netherlands. Dave
There's a chance it's not French, too. Could be Belgian. Dave
Well, that person might have been fired if they actually gave you $20,000 for a 1922 50,000 Mark note. $20,000 is probably the right number as the...
I will leave it to a German specialist, but inflation was "obscene" in Germany after WW1, so while I don't know if your note could have been...
