The quarters are a lot rarer.

It might be a MS-65, looks mighty nice for $40.
It's hard to declare something genuine by a photograph, but possible to declare it fake with almost 100% certainty if you trust the rater !
I think you have to consider them just a novelty. I'm sure those offered are genuine, but if they ever traded for a lot, fakes would take over....
$80 or so retail is my guess, maybe $90. Are you grading it right ? The 21 doesn't grade like any other Peace $.

It's a BG-4 ( barely good) but not quite AG, kind of the lowest good and kinda ugly, but makes the grade wear-wise.

I think you should be able to find somebody that would even trade you Canadian for US in the border area. Last time I was there both currencies...
No suttable metal could have intrinsic value and range from half a cent to $10, which is what you had in the 1790's, actually foreign coins...
